A Bit About Me

Lynell started Rose Project Counseling & Consulting LLC in 2015 in response to a much-needed collaboration for programming in Central Indiana to address domestic violence and addiction for court involved families and children. Lynell has served on several community and non-profit boards and led volunteer engagement on issues impacting the needs of children exposed to domestic violence and addiction. Lynell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in the State of Indiana, and a Senior Batterers Intervention Facilitator and Victim Advocate. Lynell also serves as Faculty at University of Indianapolis, in the Masters of Social Work Program, where she prepares students to enter the field of Social Work at all levels.

Rose Project utilizes a Family and Person-Centered Approach to its service delivery to ensure that a thorough assessment of health and safety is achieved for all household members. Lynell is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, The Matrix Model for Addictions Treatment, and Cognitive Accountability Training for Batterers Intervention. With over 20 years of experience, she has cultivated a team of professionals who provide Nurturing Parenting Curriculum, Beyond Trauma Education, Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, and team decision making when it comes to case management.
