Home-based Caseworker

Type: Contract

Use personal vehicle, no reimbursements or benefits

Requires: Bachelors Degree, and a minimum of two (2) years experience working directly with children and families, or with Department of Child Services or Probation. Must be willing to provide a minimum of 15 hours per week of face to face client contact. Position is responsible for assisting families with reunification through DCS procedures, connecting parents and children to community resources, assisting with locating housing and employment and food resources,etc.

 

Supervised Parenting Time Facilitator

Type: Contract

Use personal vehicle, no reimbursements or benefits

Requires: High School Diploma, and a minimum of five (5) years experience working directly with children and families, or with Department of Child Services or Probation. OR Bachelors Degree, and a minimum of two (2) years experience working directly with children and families, or with Department of Child Services or Probation. 15 hours per week of face to face client contact and be willing to travel to All counties served especially Boone, Hendricks, Morgan, Marion and Hancock. Position required ability to transport youth safely to visit with their parent in their home or in the community. Must be resourceful in finding places to conduct visitation, demonstrate reliability and integrity.

Lead Therapist (LCSW, and/or LCAC required)

Therapist is responsible for group and individual counseling in Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Women, three mornings per week, as well as case management duties for caseload. Supervises recovery coaches, and assessment staff, signing off and approving all treatment plans. Facilitates weekly staffing of clients and program improvements. Maintains positive relationship with all referral sources to ensure continued connection and responsiveness. Must average 20 hours per week face to face with own caseload/group.

Therapist (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, MFT required)

Type: Contract

Use personal vehicle, no reimbursements or benefits

Therapist is responsible for group and individual counseling of survivors of Domestic Violence, Addiction, Family Counseling, and Youth involved with Child Services. Services may be in home or community in Marion or surrounding counties. Documentation is required twice per week to ensure file is always current. Therapist will attend team meetings and court upon request. Must average 20 hours per week face to face client contact.
