Group Counseling: Most outpatient services are through group therapy with a qualified professional. Clients are assigned a Case Manager or Recovery Coach who will meet on a weekly basis while in treatment to address any barriers in your relapse prevention and recovery plan. Groups use trauma-focused curricula, and a Matrix Model Approach which addresses: Brain Model & Stages of Recovery; Individual Counseling; Family Education, Drug & Alcohol Testing and Peer Mentoring.
Our IOT program is gender-specific as men and women do not meet in the same space. Our agency follows both the Matrix Model and Gender-Specific Programming. Both our male and female programs are trauma-focused.
We also offer a Gender Neutral Space, for individuals who do not identify with a pronoun, or who would like to engage in a group without heterosexual norms.
