Nurturing Parenting Program Building Stronger Families Through Compassion, Connection, and Growth At The Rose Project, we believe that parenting is one of life’s most meaningful—and most challenging—journeys. Our Nurturing Parenting Program is a nationally recognized, evidence-based curriculum designed to help parents and caregivers build healthy family relationships through empathy, positive communication, and consistent, nurturing care. This program is especially beneficial for families involved with the Department of Child Services (DCS) or those seeking to strengthen family bonds, reduce stress, and create safer, more loving homes. What the Nurturing Parenting Program Offers The Nurturing Parenting Curriculum focuses on developing key skills that promote safety, emotional well-being, and positive discipline within the home. Each session includes interactive lessons, real-life examples, and practical tools that parents can use immediately. Participants will learn how to: Understand and manage emotions in healthy ways Communicate effectively with children and other family members Build empathy and trust within the family unit Replace negative or harmful discipline with nurturing alternatives Support children’s emotional and developmental needs Strengthen co-parenting and family teamwork
