History

Founded in 2015, our agency's mission is to support women-led households in achieving fulfilling lives free of violence. Over time, this mission has expanded to encompass a broader scope, including prevention services and rehabilitative approaches for family preservation. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support and resources to empower individuals and families in overcoming challenges and fostering healthier, safer environments.

Vision

Our vision is to create thriving communities where all members, regardless of gender or background, can live free from violence and oppression. We envision a future where every individual has access to the support and resources they need to build resilience, cultivate positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to promote equity, justice, and safety for all families in Central Indiana.

Values

At our agency, we are guided by a set of core values that underpin our work and shape our interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders. We value compassion, empathy, and respect, recognizing the inherent dignity and worth of every individual we serve. Integrity and accountability are central to everything we do, as we uphold the highest ethical standards in our programs and services. We are committed to continuous learning and innovation, seeking out new approaches and strategies to better meet the evolving needs of our communities. Collaboration and partnership are essential to our success, as we work hand-in-hand with community organizations, government agencies, and advocates to create lasting change.
