Service Description
This group is for court involved women who have been victimized. Our goal is to provide a safe and trauma informed space for you. "Beyond Trauma: A Healing Journey for Women" by Stephanie Covington is a comprehensive program designed to support women in healing from past traumas. The program offers a structured approach to addressing trauma through a combination of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices. Participants benefit from a supportive environment led by trained facilitators, gaining tools to navigate and overcome the effects of trauma, ultimately fostering resilience and empowering women to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
