Mental Health Therapy for Youth & Families

At our mental health therapy practice for children, we offer a comprehensive range of interventions designed to address various emotional and behavioral challenges. Whether delivered virtually or in-person at our office setting, our therapists are dedicated to providing high-quality care tailored to each child's unique needs. Through a combination of play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), we create a supportive environment where children can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and build resilience.

Our therapists specialize in addressing sexual behaviors in children, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote healthy sexual development and prevent harmful behaviors. Specific interventions may include psycho-education, behavioral interventions, and cognitive restructuring techniques, tailored to the individual needs of each child and their family. By addressing these concerns in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, we aim to empower children to develop positive relationships and make healthier choices.

Session costs for our mental health therapy services are transparent and affordable, with individual sessions starting at $120.
